We were able to catch these two in one of their "moments". Haylie is really a good big sister. Yes, she does push, kick and hit her brother on a daily basis it seems, but she also is compassionate and protective of him too. She calls him "Tayden", but mostly refers to him as "Buddy" which I think is so cute!
Strawberry picking brings back such wonderful childhood memories for me as well. Nothing like being in the middle of an open field on a beautiful Florida day. The smell of fresh produce carried on a breeze. As a kid, every berry plucked is that extraordinary fat, ripe berry that only YOU could find! So glad some of the simpler things in life are worth passing along.
